The Plotae Deal Score is a rating system that helps investors quickly understand how strong a property deal is. It scores each plot out of 100 based on real factors like location, pricing, growth, and legal status.

Each property is evaluated under five main criteria: Location, Price Advantage, Growth & Development, Legal & Documentation, and Uniqueness & Demand. Together, these add up to a total of 100 points.

A score between 80–100 means an Excellent Deal, 60–79 means a Good Deal, 40–59 indicates a Fair Deal (Caution), and below 40 is a Weak Deal. Higher scores reflect stronger investment potential.

The score is fully data-driven and transparent. It uses real-time pricing and location benchmarks, giving buyers an unbiased view of property value and opportunity.
